Shipping
We make every effort to ship your order out within 24 hours of receipt for items in stock. All of our orders ship via USPS Priority Mail as we have found this to be the safest and most reliable method for our company.
Once shipped, orders should arrive within 2-3 business days.
We only ship within the USA.
Orders shipped within Florida are subject to a 6% sales tax.
Returns
On the rare occasion that you need to return something, we require that you contact us first by e-mail and include your order number and/or email address. DO NOT return something without contacting us first. All requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of a package. All approved returns must be sent back within 7 days of receiving approval. Due to the costs involved, after an order has been shipped, we cannot refund shipping costs or return postage.
We will not recognize, accept, or credit returned packages without a prior request by e-mail from you. We are not responsible for packages returned without contacting us first by e-mail at sales@MicroDotProtection.com. We will contact you promptly regarding your return.
Our goal is to help our customers receive the merchandise they ordered. If for some reason you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assist in the return/replacement of the item.
Non returnable items include all safes of any size.
